  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the Russet potatoes thoroughly. Poke several holes in each potato using a fork.
  2. Rub each potato with olive oil and season generously with sea salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should easily slide into the center.
