- 200g rice noodles
- 300g chicken breast
- 1 eggplant
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 4-5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 bunch spring onion
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Begin by peeling the vegetables and cutting them into thin strips, similarly, cut the chicken into strips.
Boil the rice noodles until they are tender.
Next, stir-fry the chicken over high heat for three to four minutes, then add the onion, continuing to fry for another two to three minutes. Continue by adding the vegetables and cooking them until tender.
Once the vegetables are tender, add the sauces and mix everything thoroughly.
Combine the noodles with the chicken and vegetables.
Finally, serve the dish hot, garnished with chopped spring onion.
Wok-tossed beef noodles
Ingredients:
- 300g of beef fillets
- 300g of udon (wheat flour noodles)
- 1 onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 chili pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 200g of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tuft of spring onion
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the beef fillets into thin strips.
- Boil the noodles.
- Rinse and peel the vegetables. Cut the onion and bell pepper into strips. Chop the garlic and chili pepper.
- Stir-fry the beef, then add the onion and bell pepper and fry them for a couple of minutes.
- Add the garlic, chili pepper, and teriyaki.
- Add the noodles and toss everything together. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped spring onion before serving.
Egg noodles with pork and asparagus beans
Ingredients:
- 200g pork, thinly sliced
- 200g egg noodles, boiled
- 150g asparagus beans
- 1 onion, cut into small strips
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
- Greens
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Begin by stir-frying the pork over high heat for a few minutes. Following this, add the onions and beans and continue cooking for an additional two minutes.
Next, add the garlic, chili pepper, and soy sauce to the pork and vegetables. Allow them to cook together for seven to ten minutes.
Toss the cooked pork and vegetables with the boiled noodles.
Garnish with chopped greens before serving.
Cheese and vegetable soba
Ingredients:
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 200g of soba (buckwheat noodles)
- 100g of cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 4 or 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Begin by peeling the vegetables and cutting them into thin strips.
Take the soba noodles and cook them in salted water until they are tender.
Next, in a skillet, stir-fry the thinly sliced onion over high heat for a few minutes. Then add the bell pepper strips and continue to sauté until they become tender.
Pour in the soy sauce and allow the vegetables to absorb the flavors for three to four minutes.
Once ready, combine the cooked noodles with the vegetables and stir. Sprinkle grated cheese and sesame seeds before serving. Check the seasoning and add salt and pepper as needed.
Seafood glass noodles
Ingredients:
- 300g of glass noodles
- 200g of seafood
- 100g of green peas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- A handful of greens
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Peel the seafood and then marinate it with a mixture of lemon juice and soy sauce. Let it sit for twenty to thirty minutes.
Boil the noodles for five to seven minutes, then drain the water.
Stir-fry the sliced bell pepper, constantly stirring, then add the green peas and garlic.
Add the seafood and stir-fry for an additional five to seven minutes.
Combine the noodles with the seafood mixture.
Sprinkle the dish with finely chopped greens just before serving.
