  • 1 large orange bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 12 oz chicken sausage (Italian flavor preferred)

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables into 1-inch pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine veggies with avocado oil and toss. In a separate bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper; add to veggies and toss again.
